Therapeutic Massage Customized to Your Body
Sessions are built around what your body needs that day rather than a one-size-fits-all routine. Pressure, pacing, and technique are adjusted to your restrictions and goals.

Deep Tissue Massage
Slow, intentional work through deeper layers
Deep tissue massage uses slow, intentional strokes and appropriate pressure to work deeper layers of muscle and fascia and address chronic tightness.
Pressure is matched to your tolerance and to what the tissue is ready to accept — depth is a tool, not the goal.

Orthopedic Massage
Balance, movement, and function around the joints
Orthopedic massage focuses on the soft tissues and muscles surrounding the joints and works to restore balance, movement, and function.
- Myofascial release
- Trigger point therapy
- Passive stretching
- Neuromuscular techniques
- Strain-Counterstrain
- Pin, stretch and release
Orthopedic massage can be particularly useful when addressing movement restrictions associated with previous injury, repetitive movement, or soft-tissue dysfunction.
How Is Orthopedic Massage Different?
Silicone Cupping
Increase circulation, invite tissue to release
Silicone cupping is a traditional therapeutic treatment used to help resolve chronic muscle tightness and discomfort. The soft cups create gentle lift rather than compression.
This helps increase circulation to the area and encourages chronically tight tissues to release, often alongside hands-on work in the same session.

Customized Therapeutic Massage
Multiple modalities within a single session
Lori may combine multiple modalities within a session depending on what your body needs — deep tissue work, cupping, stretching, heat, or neuromuscular techniques.
There are no upcharges for these therapeutic tools. They are part of the treatment process.
